The only way to overcome these blocks is to confront the emotions and learn what they have to say. Only then can we finally have the success we want in all aspects of life. That's why we created these Therapeutic Dance workshops.

About the facilitators:
Alex and Melody have a combined 50+ years of dance experience. This practice started when they began renting studio space to just move and play. They both have had a lifelong struggle with anxiety and depression, so they decided to start playing with different tools that incorporated movement. Alex is a certified professional coach and trained Completion Process practitioner, and works with those who struggle with anxiety, so she brought her trauma release training into the space as well. Together, they co-created what is now the 4 step process you will experience. It has already been received with positive feedback from the community, some participants even reporting decreased anxiety and depression after only 1 workshop.
